Cherry Blossoms Nail Art Design by Simply Rins
This nail design has always been considered classy because of its simplicity and subtlety. Choose nude colors for base if you want to play it down and a more lively background color if you want it to be a little more interesting. In any which way you decide to wear it, it will always come out looking elegant.
For this remake, I decided to wear 2 coats of Misa Pay Days Are Happy Days as base color. I hand painted the cherry blossoms using acrylic paints, striping and detailing nail art brushes. This is one of the polishes I bought from Digital Traincase. Do check out her online shop for the latest nail polish and cosmetics collections.
Here's a parting shot:
Have you tried a Cherry Blossoms nail design? What base color did or would like to use?

This is so classy! I know it's probably hard for ladies to keep the "branches" thin and you did a really wonderful job!
ReplyDeletewicked!!!!! i have that too!!! except my base colors are Sally Hansen Gunmetal on the right, and OPI Mermaid Tears with Faceshop GR503 :D
ReplyDeletethis manicure is so elegant and posh, love it... must try it on my own one day :-D
ReplyDeleteWow, that is gorgeous! Cherry blossoms are my favourite:)
ReplyDeleteI love this look, I think I copied this from the first time you posted it. I personally love a pale blue background for this look so it appears that you're looking up at the sky through the branches.
ReplyDeleteVery nice! =)
ReplyDeleteI love this. I'll definitely be trying this this spring.
ReplyDelete@Freshie,
ReplyDeleteI've been practicing using a striping nail art brush and yes, it is quite hard to control the thickness of the lines. I'm glad that you found the lines here good. :) That means I'm making progress!
@Somilge,
ReplyDeleteThat a good thing about this nail design, it almost fits into any background color. :)
@nail crazy,

@TopCoatIt,
ReplyDeleteOh yes, this would definitely be great for spring. :) We don't have spring here but would love this nail art during the summer, perhaps with a brighter background. :)

ReplyDeleteI prefer this one :) more discreet and lovely :)

This was my first "art" mani that I tried. I had a sheer peachy background,white flowers w/magenta center. I would love to try your color combo....So pretty!!!
ReplyDeleteI love cherry blossoms on nails. I painted my daughter's nails with a bright pink background and lighter pink cherry blossoms with brown centers. They turned out so cute. I love the way the nude back ground looks with the bright flowers.
