My first Harry Potter nail art only had Harry as an accent nail. On my second Harry Potter nail art design, I hand painted characters from the movie. It tested my patience actually but I can still remember how I had fun doing that nail art.
This is my third attempt for a Harry Potter inspired freehand nail design. Let me know what you think. I painted bigger faces.
Harry Potter Nail Art Design by Simply Rins
I only included 4 main characters -- Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermoine Granger, and Lord Voldemort. I'm not so satisfied with my Lord Voldemort. I have this feeling that there's something missing. But I'm quite happy with how the 3 friends turned out.
I used OPI Alpine Snow as base for the characters and Orly Liquid Vinyl for the other nails. That Gosh Holographic for the "HP" on my right pointer finger.
In preparation for the movie, I read the book again. I didn't want to miss out on any important detail that the movie might overlook. I also watched all the previous Harry Potter movies. I figured there might be scenes that will be important to remember for the final movie series. Yes, I am a movie freak and I happen to really like Harry Potter. :)
When this is finally over, I'll surely miss watching Harry Potter and his friends on the big screen. Since 2001, I have anticipated every sequel.
I may come up with another Harry Potter inspired nail design when I finally get to see the movie. For the meantime, I hope you can share your thoughts regarding this Harry Potter nail art.
