A Sammy Dress

The sleeves are loose enough that can be rolled up if preferred.

The site description was right on. I had no problems with the fit nor did it faded or got deformed after washing. It can be worn as is or with a good pair of leggings. It looks good with sneakers, flats, or something more fancier.
