Nail Art: Blazing Blue

I spotted a beauty store -- PCX Botique at Power Plant Mall, Rockwell Center a few days ago that carries Sally Hansen nail polishes. I bought 2 bottles. I wish they could have more color choices. I decided to bring one of the new shades I got during my recent nail salon day with my mother. When I got home, I did my own nail art with my Konad stamping kit.

I got a little braver by coloring my favorite finger a different shade. This is 2 coats of Sally Hansen's Insta Dri Blazing Blue 23 and 1 layer of top coat. As for my ring finger, 2 coats of Skin Food's Silver Pedicure Sparkle. You might notice that the nail on my pointer finger is slightly shorter. It accidentally broke while I was cleaning my nails.

The picture did not do the nail polish justice. The blue color is more appealing than this. Whether in natural sunlight or not, it is unmistakingly blue. I used the Skin Food Silver polish for the nail art stamps on blue-colored nails and a blue nail polish for the nail art on my ring finger. I'm liking this design so most probably I'll be wearing it for a few days.

I have to admit that the first thing I noticed with Sally Hansen's Insta Dri Collection is the shape of its bottle. It is triangular in shape and looks really sexy! I'm loving the wide nail polish brush as well. With small nails like mine, coloring my nails was as easy as 2 strokes! Sally Hansen calls it the Perfectionist Brush. I guess it makes sense that this collection should come with a brush that makes application easy since the nail polish promises to dry in 60 seconds!

I used a full nail design from the Konad m64 image plate.
