The John Mayer Battle Studies World Tour started last November 2009 in Australia. The tour aims to promote John Mayer's 4th album -- Battle Studies.
The concert here in Manila, Philippines was originally scheduled last May 16, 2010 but was postponed to October 01, 2010. Official news about the rescheduling can be viewed here.
And so as of date, John Mayer Live in Manila will be on the 1st of October 2010 at the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds. The concert will begin at 8:00pm. Tickets that were bought for the May 16, 2010 schedule will be honored on October or you may call TicketWorld at (632) 891-9999 for refund and other concerns.

ReplyDeleteFirst, wow! You already have a ticket and I have yet to purchase mine. Hopefully, I'll have a partner to join me. Unfortunately, I don't know any JM fan club here. Why are you going alone? I also believe that JM shirts are not sold locally. But you can buy them online through his official site.
That's what I was wondering too, if there'll be any merch during the concert since wouldn't that be logical? As for before the gig, I don't think there are licensed JM merch here, unless there's something like the Top 40 of old. Or, you get your hands on the Continuum shirt that came with the album when it was first launched here. (I have one yay!)
ReplyDeleteI was almost gonna watch alone too! And, knowing what happened to me and the Dashboard Confessional gig, I'd have been more likely to miss than spend the night alone. It sucks when you can't share the experience with someone you can squee with who knows where you're coming from. Lucky for me, I managed to find a friend who will be going too. But I still don't have my ticket hahahaha
I'm quite sure there will be souvenir shirts, etc. that will be sold during the concert ... or not?

You're right, Undercrisis, it sucks when you can't share the experience with someone. I guess I just need to learn how to enjoy myself while John Mayer is on stage.
